Return & Replacement

 

We would be happy to issue Replacement & Gift Card within 2 days of order delivery on the rare occasion of a mistake attributable to us including the Wrong Item Delivered, Transport Related Damage, Or Defective Product only.

Products purchased with a Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer are not eligible for return or replacement, except in cases where the product received is damaged. In such instances, we will provide a replacement only if video proof of the package opening is provided.

 

 

For replacement 
  • Please do WhatsApp on +91 8883396096 For a Replacement Request.
  • Once the product is cleared by our internal quality control team, we will send you a replacement.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error
  • If You Order the wrong size, and want to replace it, then you will have to pay an additional shipping cost of INR200 for that. ( Please note we will replace only the Size not the Color)
  • Video Proof Is required for package opening in case you request the claim that you have not received the product in the package.
  • to be eligible for it, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • In the event that a customer needs to return the order, we do not offer return pickup service; the customer will have to pay the shipping costs to return the item.

     

    Refund

    • We Provide Only a gift card instead of Your refund amount which can be used on our website for making purchases in the future.
    • Products purchased with gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable

     

      A Product will not be eligible for Return & Replacement under the following Conditions:

      • Physical damage not reported to us within 24 hours after receiving the product.
      • Any damage caused by the Buyer.
      • Product Purchased from a gift card will not be eligible for return & refund.

      Cancellation

      • You can only cancel your order if your order has not been fulfilled. Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (10% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.



      Return eligibility of the product is also mentioned on every product’s page. In case a non-returnable product arrives damaged, we only replace the said product. You will need to raise a request at sales@aprozone.in Please make sure to include pictures.
