Our team diligently strives to maintain clarity in our product images, descriptions, and titles. We kindly urge you to thoroughly review our products before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree with all our terms and policies.

Eligibility For Exchange

If a customer is not happy with our product, we can offer you 3 days exchange on all products purchased from us, except tempered glass (screen protector), cases including tempered glass (screen protector), camera lens protector, items sold in sales & offers.

  • Exchange should be requested within 3 Days of delivering the product.
  • Email us at sales@aprozone.in
  • The product should be in intact condition (as it was delivered to you).
  • The product should be unused.
  • All the protective films on the product delivered to you should not be removed.
  • Order ID should be available.
  • Exchange will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.
  • A return pickup and shipping charge of Rs.200 will be applicable to exchange the order, where we will pick up the order and deliver you the requested product for exchange.
  • If there is a difference in the amount of the product, if the requested product is of lesser price, the customer will get store credits of the same amount; if the amount is more from the purchased product price, the customer is supposed to pay the difference amount via prepaid method only.
  • Missing items should be reported within 24 hours from the date of delivery; post that, the complaint will not be registered. ( A proper video of the package unboxing will be required)
  • Non-qualifying exchanges include any item(s) marked on "Sale" or sold during offer period or sold as a "Buy 1 get 1 offer".

Eligibility For Refund ( Store Credit)

We offer 3 Days refund via Store Credits on all products except tempered glass (screen protector), cases including tempered glass (screen protector), camera lens protector and all items sold in sale & offers.

  • Refund ( Store Credit) should be requested within 3 Days of delivering the product.
  • Email us at sales@aprozone.in
  • The product should be in intact condition, with all the packaging and in the box in which it was delivered (as it was delivered to you).
  • The product should be unused.
  • All the protective films on the product delivered to you should not be removed.
  • Order ID should be available.
  • Refund ( Store Credit) will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.
  • Refund amount will be transferred via store credits within 48-72 hours after clearing the quality check process.
  • The amount will be refunded via store credits only after deducting the Return pickup charges and shipping charges (i.e. Rs.200).
  • Non-qualifying returns include any item(s) marked on "Sale" or “Discount” or sold as a "Buy 1 get 1 free" offer.
  • Note: The customer will not be eligible for refund in the following conditions:

    • Self-Placed Wrong Order (e.g. Ordered wrong model or product).
    • Not same as Advertised. (Real videos of all products are available on the product page.)
    • Purchased from local store or another website.

Store Credit Conditions:

  • Store Credit can only be used on orders associated with your original account. That means, Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Store Credit will be automatically applied to any purchases made on www.aprozone.in
  • Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due.

How to Obtain Store Credit Balance

  • Store Credit balances are listed on your Account Page.

Store Credit Expiration

  • Unused Store Credit expires 12 months from issue.

 

    Damaged Package

    • at the time of delivery you feel that the package is open or the seal is broken, please refuse the delivery and do not accept it. Once you accept a tampered package, and if anything is missing, we will not be responsible for any related queries, and such queries will not be entertained.
    • Note: If the product is received in Damaged Condition, kindly raise the concern within 24 hours of receiving the product at sales@aprozone.in.

    Cancellation

    • You can only cancel your order if your order has not been fulfilled. Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (10% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.

    Fitting of our Cases

    • Our cases will fit perfectly only on a naked phone. If there is any Skin or Film attached to the phone the case/cover will not fit perfectly. We (Aprozone) will not be responsible for any such issues or concerns occurred to the buyer.
    • Your love and support have been incredible thus far. However, if for any reason you've had a less than satisfactory experience with us, we genuinely want to know. Your feedback is crucial as we strive to enhance our services according to your needs. Kindly share your valuable thoughts when applying for a refund or exchange, and we assure you that we will thoroughly investigate the matter.

    Tempered Glass / Screen Protectors

    • We use protective packaging to make sure that the product reaches you undamaged. For Tempered Glass / Screen Protector / Scratch Guard we don't provide any replacement, if the user doesn't know how to apply or didn't apply it properly, it is not our (Aprozone) responsibility. If there are bubbles during application, we (Aprozone) are not responsible for that, it depends on the application process. For perfect application you can follow a YouTube Tutorial of screen protector application.

    Warranty

    • Our warranty covers only manufacturing defects. If the product is damaged due to breakage or any form of human-caused damage, no replacement will be provided under the warranty.
    • The warranty we provide for a product will be mentioned on the product page. If the product page does not mention any warranty, it means that the product does not come with a warranty.
